As the youngest of eleven children, I learned that if you didn’t communicate effectively you would become invisible. I found a way to understand who I was, and how to share it with others so I could confidently sit at any table and live in my personal and business life without compromising my true self.

I have worked in the private and public sectors providing leadership and team building for several decades. My passion lies in helping others Discover, Declare and Develop their talents and strengths. As a coach, consultant and speaker my mission is to help entrepreneurs and organizations be the best they can be by using strength-based methodologies to reclaim their value and communicate it effectively for long-term success.
